Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Alethia website and its waitlist (the “Service”). By joining the waitlist or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Alethia is currently in a pre-release phase. The Service allows you to register interest and join a waitlist for early access. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, any particular features, or any launch date. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and joining on behalf of yourself or a business you are authorized to represent. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when signing up.

Your Information

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alethia is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
